General booking conditions
01. Booking methods
All pitches and housing units can be booked.
Housing units and pitches “A Plus” and “A Mare” can also be booked online.
In case of online bookings or bookings made during the 20 days before the date of arrival, the pitch or housing unit number will not be assigned in advance.
For pitches, both arrivals and departures can be daily according to availability.
For housing units arrival and departure days are as follows:
- Bungalow Mare, Bungalow: Friday
- Chalet Natura (21-36), Chalet Pineta (1-15), Chalet Sole (21-30), Maxi Mare Large, Maxi Mare: Saturday
- Chalet Sole (31-42): Wednesday or Saturday
- Chalet Natura, Chalet Sole (43-51), Caravan Bürstner: Sunday
- Chalet Pineta (16-29): Monday
- Chalet Sole (1-20): Friday or Monday
Arrival and departure days may change during low season or for special fee arrangements.
02. Accomodation fee
The accommodation fee is calculated by adding the price per person and the price per additional services to the accommodation price in the price list. For housing units there is a compulsory surcharge for final cleaning. Further surcharges or reductions may be applied on the basis of the type of accommodation, the cancellation policy, the time of booking or the promotions available.
The requested deposit is specified in the booking application form and varies according to the accommodation amount. The deposit is entirely deducted from the final amount. For offline bookings a 10,00 Euro amount is charged for non-refundable booking fees. The advance payment of the entire or partial accommodation amount may be requested in case of special fee arrangements.
04. Deposit payment
The deadline and terms for the deposit payment are listed in the booking application form; for online booking the deposit shall be paid by credit card upon booking completion. The reservation shall not be valid in case the deposit is not paid within the deadline or the online booking procedure is not completed.
05. Booking confirmation
The booking shall be valid only upon receiving booking confirmation.
06. Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- total refund of the deposit for cancellations received in writing at least 30 days before the date of arrival;
- no refund for cancellations made after the 30th day prior to the date of arrival or in case of no show.
Special cancellation policies may be applied in case of special fee arrangements or payment terms.
07. Booking change
Changes to the reserved period are permitted, when possible, up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival. In case changes are requested, the Management reserves the right to assign a pitch or housing unit number different from the one assigned upon booking. Late arrivals are permitted up to 1.00 pm of the day following the expected date of arrival. After that time, the booking will no longer be valid.
08. Pitch and housing unit availability
Pitches and housing units will be available starting from 4.00 pm of the date of arrival. On the date of departure, pitches shall be vacated by 12.00 am and housing units by 9.30 am.
09. Balance payment
The balance payment may be paid on the date of departure or on the day preceding the departure date exclusively at the village counter during opening hours. Advance payments of the accommodation amounts may be made during the same opening hours. Payments may be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), debit card or in cash up to the maximum amount permitted by Italian law. Guests will be charged the entire accommodation amount even in case of late arrival or early departure. Guests shall also pay the city tax upon balance payment.
10. Condition validity
These conditions refer to the 2019 season. Any conditions whatsoever referring to previous seasons are no longer valid.
